domain flipperbay(dot)com Please provide your inputs on my new domain...

Hi All,

I recently purchased flipperbay(dot)com from godaddy. The reason I bought it is that I saw something in this name and when googled it, there is wordpress blog and tried contacting the admin but no avail. Unfortunately it has no value in estibot or valuate. But both are proper dictionary letters. Can it be used for domain or website flipping sites?
Appreciate, If you guys could provide some inputs on this...
