Flippa under-valuating domains?

Nachos.com has 2 hours left and is not even at 13K.

I also watched a member here who had their RadioLand domain (where all major exts are taken and .net buy now for 3,300, only get 1 $50dollar bid.)

Do you think that Flippa under-valuates domains?

It has nothing to do with Flippa.
The seller is responsible to set the reserved price if any.
For example, if the owner of computer.com can decide to set $1k buy now(not going to happen) even though that's like giving it for free.
It is possible that there is not enough exposure to the listing.
Current bid: $12,600
$12,600 is a decent price and there will be higher bids soon.

because it should be marketed directly to a product manufacturer, not listed on a liquidation platform.

but that's the decision of the owner and/or the broker who convinced him it was good idea.

It's almost at $18,000 now with 4 different bidders bidding in the 15K + range. I figure it should hit about $18,051. They did close the year with a $120,000 sale.

Yes, sure. Shame that if you don't own something like cars.com domains don't get to their reserve price so often

Flippa is good for small - average flips. Anything more, you have better luck at other places and direct end-user contact
