Hello,

Friday morning I paid for the regular web listing. Then website went under review process before the lunch. Next day I've noticed a message on my listing draft, that website cannot be listed and that I was sent an email with further instructions. Well unfortunately, I haven't got any email from Flippa. But that's ok, I contacted their support and they told me to upload some files and they will check my listing again. It was Saturday morning. Now is Monday morning here (I'm from Europe), and still haven't got any message from them or my listing live.
Support stopped answering my messages also... :-/

Is there any way I can get in touch with them? Phone maybe?

I personally had the toughest time getting verified as a bidder. Even though I was verified, I wasn't able to bid. I kept receiving messages asking me to continually get verified. They finally fixed it, but it was a pain getting the Flippa support staff to 'truly' fix it.

Once I got verified, everything ran smoothly. I'm not sure they have phone support. They should probably add phone support as their site produces tons of domain sales.

Well, I'm verified and long term user. I've sold sites before, 100% positive feedback. But this time this is getting a bit crazy. I'm waiting for their website team (or something similar) to verify my listing almost four days now, WTF?

Plus, I asked them to tell me what bank account number they have on file (of my account), so I can update it if it's necessary, but they didn't answer this request at all...

It looks like they've had a big problem during the weekend (or big party ;) ). They couldn't proceed with website verification. Then I got replays to my support tickets quite messed up (even with a different name).
But at the end of the day, they behaved professionally and apologized for the delays. Plus they gave me free credits, which is very nice of them. Way to go Flippa.
