Is Flippa no longer offering free listings for appraisals?

I got an email from them a couple of weeks or so back saying that they would no longer be offering the free $9 listing in exchange for 15 appraisals. This below is from a more recent email from support (Nov 21) :

"We believe that our users happily go through the appraisal's page as there is a small reward for it (basically a free listing for every 15 domain appraised)."

I didn't appraise enough domains in the past week, can anyone confirm that they're still offering the free listing? Thanks!
