So I have my auction which is about to end in like 7h, I received couple of bids but because I used my phone on my way to work, I tried to accept them via phone and because flippa's website on the phone is just rubbish, somehow one of the offers got rejected.
I asked that customer to bid again, but he said he can not do it as his offer originally was rejected. Emailed support 2 times already and of course there is no response, thay have no phone to contact or live chat.

How can I let that customer to bid again for my auction? Anyone had experience like that or able to help?

It's neither Flippa's fault nor bidder's fault because it was you who had rejected the bid (unfortunately)... Now you can't force the bidder to bid again once the bid was rejected....Support may get delayed since its weekend..

Thanks for your reply. Bidder would bid again if he could, but he cant and thats because I rejected his bid, which makes no sense.. Like I would understand if they offer like 1$ or smth, then you can just reject because of a cheeky offer, but why ban that user for bidding anyway..Or atleast it should be an option to allow to bit user again..

Thanks for clarifying...Yeah, Flippa doesn't allow the bidder to bid again once his bid gets rejected...Has the reserve met for your auction? If your reserve is not met and auction goes unsold, check if post auctions the bidder is able to send his offer if you guys agree on price... You can only rely on Flippa support though.. :(

Well I doubt support will reply me with the solution before my auction ends. Because of this nonsense I will probably contact that customer with an offer and I will ask if he is interested in buy now offer (if he can do it on flippa buy now as well). If not, I will do a deal on sedo, atleast they def know what they are doing. Thanks for your info Messiah
