I don't hear much about Godaddy here on NP, they have a lot more exposure on the other board. The stuff I here on here recently often times seems to not be too positive, so I thought that I had to start a thread about my recent experiences with Godaddy customer service. I always used to be impressed by how quickly they responded to my emails and answered the phone, but I had started to notice incorrect responses to emails and significantly longer wait times on the phone.

I found out about a month ago that Godaddy actually has dedicated account representatives for serious domain portfolio holders (I assume that you need a certain amount of domains to get one). My rep is Debra and she has been exceptional. She has answered all of my questions in remarkable time and has helped me solve issues that would have probably been unsolvable through regular support. I hope Godaddy reads this and hires more people like her. I have regained all of my faith in Godaddy's customer support. :xf.love:

:lol: Yeah, it probably sounds that way, but she has been really good, and I have said negative things about them on here in the past, so I thought that it was worthy of a post.

Also, dedicated account managers was news to me when I found out about it last month. So the post was to point out that that is an option for some of us, and also to say that my personal account manager has been great.

gd has good customer support overall but to have dedicated customer agents/representatives they need to be sourced out as well on different countries, there are times they are very good, there are times that they are really bad like "you're talking to the wall" experiences. I have both experiences with them since my timezone are different from most of you here and I do accommodate some people here by working on your time zone and sometimes sleepless nights so I experience these times (my timezones) their support is not that intelligent.
