I don't hear much about Godaddy here on NP, they have a lot more exposure on the other board. The stuff I here on here recently often times seems to not be too positive, so I thought that I had to start a thread about my recent experiences with Godaddy customer service. I always used to be impressed by how quickly they responded to my emails and answered the phone, but I had started to notice incorrect responses to emails and significantly longer wait times on the phone.
I found out about a month ago that Godaddy actually has dedicated account representatives for serious domain portfolio holders (I assume that you need a certain amount of domains to get one). My rep is Debra and she has been exceptional. She has answered all of my questions in remarkable time and has helped me solve issues that would have probably been unsolvable through regular support. I hope Godaddy reads this and hires more people like her. I have regained all of my faith in Godaddy's customer support.
