Flippa Free Valuation vs Mike Mann's AccurateAppraisals.com valuation?

Which would you prefer and why? Flippa's says free, Mike's is $88 as far as I remember...but I do think I'd trust his site more...

Both are worthless, only buyer knew appraisal of domain.

I'd feel that one is a sellers' valuation tool, and on is for buyers.

Has anybody made any price comparisons?

Appraisal..oh its completely meaning less. There are many of cases when the appraisal says 0 while thats sale price is x/xx/xxx/xxxx and much more. The conclusion is :- The respected buyer has ability to finalize the value but it is not appraisal.

Undeveloped domain values will always be zero $0. Just look at how many 1,2,3,4,5+ L .coms domains are rotting away on ʬʬʬ "If you own a Ferrari but can't impress gold diggers there's something wrong" . Potential Valuation can be debated.
