I'd value this name at high $x,xxx at this moment. I'm pretty sure you'll find an end user paying $xx,xxx if you wait patiently for a couple of years.

You've got a nice domain here that is likely to escalate in value as we head towards the 2012 olympics.

At current, based on previous domain sales, I would say the domain is worth slightly less than "londonflats.com", I'd say around $5000 to an end user.

Perhaps you could develop it and make an online flat search, which would increase the value further.

I agree with the valuations in the sense that I wouldn't sell for less than x,xxx for each name (I know this doesn't make them necessarily worth that! )

I also run my own property compant s m o r l a n d .com which means I know a lot about this industry and think that these are great domains - just not needed by me anymore

You're in the perfect position to attempt to sell these on, perhaps the best route to take would be to contact several local estate agents etc. and see if they are interested in opening up a regional website to start selling their properties on the web.

My main property site is focused on all types of property and not only flats.
This could really be monitised well by someone with more SEO and parking experience than me - I'm more of a developer.
