advice Fix this!! Domain offer

Greetings,

I got domain offer but the user says I am charging much.
All this year I am under guidence with my friend for domain selling, recently I tho to start it by my own.
So guys advice me how fix the domain price, so anyone can buy it.

previously I brought a domain (not now) for x price I added +30% on it for the user,
Is their any formula for that? let me know.

Depending on user and skills to negotiate. If the potential buyer thinks your charge much you can either stand firm or offer lower price. 30% profit is decent but if it's end-user you could be leaving money on table. Charge what makes you happy IMO.

The health industry is huge, but you need to know who your buyer is. If it's a corporation that can pay a lot or if its non-profit such as hospice. If it is indeed a medical company, then research the worth of the company.

I agree, It has good traffic. Broker not disclosed the final price, hoping it will be cleared on monday.

maybe you overpaid for the domain?
maybe the extension is too trendy?
maybe the lead is not worth the hassle.
without you disclosing more info it's hard to say
