advice First Time Seller Question-Name Server, Market Place

I have a few domain names I want to sell. I have read and got some info. But have question.

1) Should I list on as many marketplaces or just afternic and Sedo? What are the pros and cons.

2) I read that change name servers to afternic to get a discounted fees of 15% or else it is 25%. Is that correct? What are Pros and Cons of chnaging name server

3) Where should I create a Lander page?

4) I am thinking to use "make An Offer" option. Is that a good diea?

5) The info on this namepros is overwhelming and will take time to read. I just want to get started first. What is the best way to do it.

Read loads and learn, and don't worry too much about selling for now. It rarely happens the other way around.
