Fireworks Question

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on Creating Glass looking bars in Fireworks? I don't know if I'm searching for it wrong. But I can't find one. I know it can be done. In all my years of using fireworks this is one task I can't master. Thanks in advance.

I can't imagine it would be much different to a photoshop tutorial. If you can find one of them i'm sure you can plug the gaps for Fireworks.

I'm a Fireworks user and have never even looked for tutorials but I imagine the selection is pretty slim. I am tempted to launch a Fireworks specific tutorial site if there is a demand.
