“Find Interest” Mini Site

Domain Names: FindInterest (site hosted here)
Domain Registrar: GoDaddy
Domain Expiry Date: December 24, 2009 (almost 2 years left)
Starting Bid: $35
Minimum Increments: $5
BIN: $65
Bids End on 3/6/08 at 12pm PST

Website Description:
Find Interest (www.FindInterest.com) is a simple mini site designed around the domain name. What you really get here is a mini site that could be built out and optimized for a number of related terms (find interest rates, find interest only loans, etc.). The site has a total of 4 pages + an XML sitemap. The content is monetized through Commission Junction Links (sign up w/ their affiliate program is free) as well as a Google search bar and AdSense on every page.

Site Architecture:
This site is designed with CSS & HTML pages to allow anyone flexibility to add more pages and customize this site anyway you’d like. A blog and some article submissions could easily generate some constant traffic as there are a number of terms that this site is optimized for that could easily start bringing in visitors.

Traffic & Revenue Statistics: A couple clicks from organic search and AdWords paid traffic in the first couple weeks that it’s been live, but not a ton. No revenue yet.

Reason For Selling: I need time to focus on my other online sites.

Payment Methods Accepted: Visa Credit Card or Paypal
