Finding ASP.NET programmer to do a simple CMS

Website consist of 6 pages

Programmer expected to
1. slice the jpeg files ( for front end )

2. code a simple cms ( with username and password login ) for it.

3. CMS consists of mainly changing of text ( 1 chunk per page ) and uploading of images ( around 203 per page and its static there ) only, nothing complex.

Looking to pay around $100USD. Turnover time of around 1 week. Willing to pay in phase.
