As for TM filings, that information is public knowledge through the patent and trademark office. You could hide behind a corporation or LLC, but even that information can be obtained from the state of registration, unless some other countries protect that information.
There are legitimate reasons to want privacy in both personal and business transaction.Then again, there's the other less legitimate reason to hide things. I hope your intentions are the former.
