File Den offers free file hosting and allows you to upload 10mb files without registering (also cannot hotlink). There is also however registered uploading, after registering you get 500mb of your own allocated personal storage space and can upload files up to 50mb in size. (Hotlinking is also allowed with registered uploading and registration is ABSOLUTELY FREE!).

File Den is the best file host around! Currently running on a Dual Xeon 3ghz server with plenty of space to grow.
