Are there any hosts that installs ffmpeg, ffmpeg-php for you? I want to start my own YouTube site.

Hi, we have FFmpeg installed and compiled with php on one of our servers. If you're interested in testing the functionally of your script, we can provide you with a day of free trial to test it. Let me know of your decision.

I'm sure hosts would be willing to install the software if you truly needed it. Don't be afraid to contact a couple Sales emails and ask them.
