Hello,

I am thinking about learning how to develop domain names. Is it hard? Does it worth? How much better will be domain sold after you develop it (double, tripple)? How much money you need to invest so you can develop a domain name. Please, everybody who has an experience with developing domains, share you story and tactics. Thanks in advance

Developing is hard and time consuming but it pays off. You need a good domain and a great idea. You can make much more off a developed site that is making revenue than you can off a plain domain.

Its not hard too much.. If you know how to use wordpress its good start to develop domains.
You must to know how to get backlink,traffic, etc..
i think FORUM is the best platform to get backlink,traffic and its better to increase your alexa rank quickly.. Put your website link on facebook,twitter,linkedin etc.

oh yeah, most important thing is don't skip to update your blog everyday.
I have a little experience in developing wp for domains also i don't have a time.
that's why all of my domains only PARK,PARK,PARK.. :p

I am telling you this from experience, if you are good in domaining and you make enough money out of this stick to it and don't try developing, especially if you are a newbie in Internet marketing, because that's all about, marketing. Anyway, developing pays off but you have to have a solid plan, you have to stick to it and you have to invest a lot of money let aside personal time in order to develop something good. If you just develop a domain and don't present any earnings don't expect to sell it higher than you would if you left it undeveloped. For some buyers and especially if the domain is somewhat premium(over $5k), developing it may be a downside because they would rather get it 'clean' from spammy backlinks and other footprints to get start with it on their own.
