Don't even bother with the automated approach. You might get away with it for a bit but in the end it gets you nowhere. Besides that google is starting to really enforce their terms of service:
"Some webmasters make use of content taken from other, more reputable sites on the assumption that increasing the volume of web pages with random, irrelevant content is a good long-term strategy. Purely scraped content, even from high-quality sources, may not provide any added value to your users without additional useful services or content provided by your site. It's worthwhile to take the time to create original content that sets your site apart."
And what to expect if you ignore their written warnings? - "Google will take action"
If you truly value your domains don't cheap out and go the easy route. Real worth and asset building take time and money.
There are many even here on NP offering scrapper sites, auto-blogs and duplicate content websites as 'minisites'. You get what you pay for imo. And yes I'm biased because I offer a competing service, but I've been doing this since 2000 and value my customers and my own reputation enough to know what works and what doesn't.
Hope that helps.
