You have different type of domainers: I'm the type to develop domains.

Are there any (experienced) domainers out there that can provide some insight on developing domains? Like how long do you develop a domain until you decide to sell it? What do you consider a well developed domain (minimum PR, Traffic, Backlinks)? What are the best ways to go about selling a developed domain and how do you decide on the price?

Anyone out there willing to provide some answers on this pile of questions...?

I much more enjoy developing names, than parking and selling , To your questions, I most usually give a site atleast 8 months to a year, i go very aggressive on the advertising, getting it search engine indexed, and i always submit to PR 4 to 6 website directories, A well developed domain will have atleast a PR 3 imo, PR 4 to 5 is my standard goal, I most always sell my site off a one year revenue standard, most people prefer a one year of stats and revenue proof, There are serveral ways to go about selling a site, you can list the name on sedo , showing the price is for the domain name and site, Forums are a great way to sell websites aswell. Hope this helps a little :)
