Nope! he just mailed me the orginal phpizabi package and some mods. And yesterday , he mailed me the SQL dump of the orginal website.I have not yet tested it as he hasnt given the orginal files backup of his site.He also informed that he is having a slow connection at home and thats the reason he is taking so long... but its quite annoying after paying and we not getting what he promised to give!

Wow. I'm glad I declined my offer on this domain + site. And it wasn't due to a fraud alert or anything of that sort, it was to do with the actual php script on the site.

It's full of bugs and you can't even view the front page without it reloading you to your "Account". This is something members will find very annoying.

My offer was really for the "custom" look along with the neat domain name. I'm just glad I'm not sitting here like Roy above, but I would be in his position right about now.

On the other hand, a very good friend of mine lives out in the boonies and he doesn't have high speed. He doesn't even want to go near his PC without it as he's got a 7MB downlink at his work "in town"

I'm not getting any response from him as well - sent 2 PM's - no response.
He transfered the domain name but I'm still waiting on the sites' content.

It's no problem that he has a slow connection - he can give me temp. access to the site so I can transfer it myself (actually that's what I prefer).

yes, there is - contact 2checkout's support, they don't release payments if there's a dispute - not that easily anyway... mention fraud, and the seller not responding etc. - they'll usually contact him directly, and if he doesn't rectify the situation, they'll reverse the payment.
