Don't see much value in those. Also, bluetooth is a trademark. I would delete it if I were you. Welcome to the forum.

I agree, these arent likely to have significant demand. The first one is too long, and a .net on top of that. The second one is a major TM as @nomen said. That doesn't mean you can't find a non-competing use, like a dentist in Puerto Rico, but really its worthless. The third one isn't really a strong brandable. There is a TM on rebuff so a buyer would have to be very careful, IMO it wouldn't be worth the hassles.
