There is a large crowd of college female students that are underserved (in a good way). This can be used to develop a site to further ties between employers and possible candidates, nationwide. Not in the sense of facebook but something much more focused with editorial content that relates to women in the workplace, opportunities, success stories, interviews, etc.
The only newspapers (call them gazettes if you want) that are still growing, are still profitable are the college ones (by virtue of selling ads). Just credit cards ads will fund this domain which can be an online anchor to a fairly cheap print publication.
In fact, the above is the only reason I bought it.
