Actually the only thing I don't like about it is that with the dark background the white seems to glare at you, perhaps make the white area a light blue or light gray something to take the glare out of it, Other then that not a bad looking site at all.

It looks nice, although the space for ads in the main page is bigger than the content area. You might want to get a better picture for the flash drive as well, since that one is a bit grainy, it might have been compressed too much.

The background color is looking a dull, opt for an attractive color. Make the site more content rich, add more graphics. I think you should allot more space to the content rather than the ads.

The background color is too much of a teal. I would recommend a forrest green for a start. I like the layout of the links, simple and clean. I think the Google Ad needs to be smaller or boxed in away from the content. The links need CSS rollover effects to them and you need some kind of header image to take up the top of the page instead of that little image. Maybe incorporate scan lines in the background image.
