domain fastestsport.com - what do you think?

Hi All,

Just wanting to get an idea of what y'all think fastestsport.com is worth. It receives 140+ exact searches per month on Google, if that means anything to you. I think it's a neat keyword domain, what do you think?

It is 'cleaner' than most of the newer two word .coms out there. The two words fit together well, the only problem is the form of fast you got there. Besides 'best' most domains containing superlatives are hard to sell. The reason for this is probably that the better version of the domain, in this case fastsport.com, pops up immediately in one's mind. The searches you receive improve the situation but don't resolve the problem. Personally, I think that it is gonna be hard to sell. I can't really come up with a use case for the domain either. Maybe you can tell us what you had in mind?

Price wise it is really hard to tell. But I'd suggest you try to find someone who turns the domain into something because domainers probably won't buy it (I wouldn't). Could be wrong though.

It makes sense what you are saying, I can go with that. I'm thinking it could go with several "sports" which have a claim to fame in a specific area, for example:

1. Jai-alai and golf - competing for the title of the sport with the fastest ball speed.
2. Badminton - shuttlecocks are the fastest moving object in any racket sport (410 km/h, incredible).
3. Wingsuit flying - fastest body movement in non-motorized sport.
4. Skiing - fastest land-based body movement in non-motorized sport.
5. Formula 1 racing - fastest body movement in sport

However, for someone to want to buy this name, they will probably want to advertize the fact that their sport holds some claim to fame, so to speak... And that is probably not an everyday thing, in the sense of the fact needing to be emphasized.
