the possible uses would be any type of online community. subdomains could be heavily used to say for example: bugojanac.memberhood.com. or [email protected]
I think that it sounds "important", "groovy", catchy and definately one that can be easily remembered, and it is a one word domain.
Yeah, I'm afraid the name itself doesn't really grab me either. It has no real meaning, not a word I've heard before or a common combination. I would have to say that it is reg fee until developed. Sounds a bit ghetto? Don't know if that whole image mixes too well with internet forums!! :hehe:
Hi, not to be a wet blanket but memberhood isn't really a word.Checked on
dictionary.com member-hood appears but even then theres no definition.
Membership - 'the state of being a member' is the appropriate term.Besides
member has some connotations, at least here in uk ie male member; so a
website for circumcision?I jest! x
dang that is a good one. hehe didn't think of that.
New words get discovered and made up every day. For example - Fedexit means send it with an express courrier, not necessarilly a representative of fedex. Hooverit means vacuum clean it, not necesseraly with a hoover appliance. So i think that Memberhood as a word deserves a place in the dictionary. And Besides it is a ONE WORD DOMAIN.
I am afraid you have brought on the idea of this being used both as a XXX site address, or a medical site - you know that quite a few million people (if not a billion) require, or do circumcisions... So I think you have done a good deed and suggested a few more uses for this cool domain.
OK I agree - 'Language is a fluid medium.' As a wise man once said. What I was on about wuz the fact that to some, individual words that are found in dictionaries can
have more resale value.Still as an email addy yadayada@memberhood..... sounds pretty
cool.
