If I'm not mistaken, the uspto (United State will not allow you to trademark a common name in everyday usage such as clothes, faces, houses - everyone uses these words, so the fact that I would like to post pictures, videos, dvds, faces of people on facesof.me - someone mentioned the concept is an infringmenet to facebook - you mean that no one cook started a social networking site uploading their pictures, doesn't make sense only facebook could do that?
