domain facepainted.com. Estibot: $3,300. Why?

I scored facepainted.com from tdnam for $10 yesterday because I figured, why not for a rating of $3,300. I figure a small site dedicated to face painting would be good. But I'm trying to figure out now why it gets a $3,300 rating when the name isn't even Google ranked?

Can anyone tell me what makes this site *seem* good to estibot and what the best way to capitalize on that value is for parking?

Instead of doing a site on face painting, why not do a site with pics of famous people , politicians, etc.. and allow people to come on and paint their faces. You could then display them and allow people to vote on the best ones.

Would make a nice fun, interactive site.

Google returns 338,000 for "face painted". The combo alone doesn't make sense since it's a fragment from something like "He got his face painted.", but estibot has no why of knowing that.
