Fabulous - How to Push a Domain?

I won an auction and Fabulous is the registrar so they gave me a retail account (I don't have any domains parked there).

I sold the domain to someone with no Fabulous account - how do I push this domain?

Do I have to just transfer the domain to a registrar of their choice or is it possible for them to create an account and push it to them?

I've emailed support and they seem to take their time or not care (one or both) so I figured I would try here.

Any NP members have any experience with this?

Fabulous are the very best, remember theres a time difference as there in Brisbane. There customer service is the best!

Heres the link to a retail account, copy and paste the link and send to him/her ask them to create the account.

all they do is send you there username you then do the push to them from your control panel once logged into your fab account easy.
