Exporting itunes library to seperate folders?

Hi.

I want to be "backup" my itunes library onto my external HDD, however, most of my music is stored with stupid filenames and if I "select all" and move them to my hdd then it will just copy them standardly. I would prefer it if the songs copied into seperate folders. ie:

Root -> Jack Johnson -> Upside Down.mp3

Is there any way of doing this or any programs that will help me?

I think there's a way in iTunes to "automatically organize my files," and it will separate them into folders based on the artist. Look around in the options for that.
