Expiring Domain Query

I Have a domain at some registrar which I don't really like! The domain would be expiring on 10 October 2006! Now I want to shift that to namepros! So if it expires on 10 October can I register on namepros on 11 October or will I have to wait for few days after 10th to register again on Namepros since that domain registrar does not allow domain transfer!

you might want to transfer it first to enom.com and ask RJ about his userid there so it can be pushed to his account and then he can push it to your username here in namepros. I might interchanged the process, so ask Rj about the domain, the "waiting" plan seems more risky to me. :imho:

Sorry...It is not possible since the domain is non transferable!

Is the registrar Namecheap by any chance?
Cause I have the same problem.
