Hi ppl. A newb Query. Help Please.

Hi friends.
I am a newb ( I apologise )
I registered a domain name (my first) on 18th of october, 2007.
I know that for the first 60 days there is a 'Client transfer prohibited' attached to the domain.

Now If i want to sell this domain, do I have to wait till the completion of these 2 months? Because if the domain is sold, I would not be able to
transfer it. Right?
And if yes, then there is no sense of me expecting any sale on the name atleast for 2 months.

Hope I get a few replies.. Moderator, help.

you can sell the domain... you reg'd it at godaddy
after you sell the domain you do a push instead of a transfer... in a transfer you change the registrar of the domain and in a push you just the owner account, so you can sell it

transfers aren't allowed during that period, but pushes are. whomever you're selling to will likely have an account with the registrar, and if not then they can open one for free and you can initiate the push.

I registerd it with domainregistrationindia and not godaddy.
But I do get the gist of it. So I'll call my registrar in the morning and clarify it once again. and list it with sedo or moniker or watever.
