HI All

I just put ExpiredDomainSoftware.com on the market..

What will be included is the domain name,.... PR5

All php code.. and full delphi 7.0 source code to my Expired Domain Toolkit.

Plus the 100+ members on the site right now..

I have on the website it costs $19.95 per month but I have always upgraded each new account to an executive lifetime membership.. because I sell it on ebay from 9.95 to 19.95 and I sell 2-3 new memberships per week..

I have not done any ads on Google adwords or Yahoo. adwords.. at all...

I also have ad sence on the site and I do around 0.50 to 1.00 per day from that..

I am looking to sell eveything for at least a starting point of 3.5k..

Reason being

The Domain has a google PR of 5..... and has a good link pop..
Plus it has 100+ members

Not including all the money I have spent on development of the script and the code for the expired domain tookit.

I just have not had the time I wanted to put into it

So if you think you have the time and new ideas to improve the site then it is what you have been waiting for..

But remember the starting price is 3.5k

And there is no deadline to the final sales date.. unless you make me an offer I can not refuse

Is there ongoing revenue other than the Adsense income at the site? I realize you are getting new members from ebay sales, but I was wondering if there is any built in revenue from the existing subs.

its a great domain software, i missed the chance to get it for np though.

It does not have any current monthly paying customers... I basically have only ever sold life time members from the site and via ebay and domain forums,. with that option on the site customers seem to perfer paying a one time fee..

But if I lowered the cost from say 19.95$ per month to say 4.95$ per month or something like that and updated the a copy to include the new features in the members area.. and did some google ad word or overture promotion the site could do very well..

But I just don't have the time right now and did not want to see the site go to waste..

And the domain is a great name... and it has good link pop and a PR of 5.

It is also listed on the sedo.com site under Expired Domain Resources. ( This is a permit link exchange I worked out with Sedo )
