Expired domain doubt.

I have seen a domain in dynadot market place somedays. I checked two domains, I liked both. At that time I had less money with me. It was at auction and nobody bid on it. I didnt bid at that time. Now when I checked, both are not in auction place, at the same time it is not expired.

When I checked domain, it is written

"This domain has expired. Please renew it at Dynadot.com"

But I am not able to see it in dynadot. When checking who.is dynadot renewed it.

New to this. I am like confused.
Question is - Will I be able to buy that domain without dropping it?

Contact Dynadot and ask them. It sounds like the domain has expired and is "pending delete" and may be there for 30-45 days before it drops and can be registered.

To me it sounds like somebody else bought the domain during the auction.

What is the expiration date on whois?
