Expired date?

Hi everyone, I have a few questions here. Please advise. Thank you.

1. If renew a domain name that already expired then the next expired date will be:
a. start from the day renew it plus 1 year. or
b. previous expired date plus 1 year?

2. If successful backorder a domain name:
a. start from the day successful register it plus 1 year. or
b. original expired date plus 1 year?

3. How can I know whether or not I successful backorder a domain name?

It depends on who you registered with. Each registrar has their own policy. For most however, choice "b" would apply.

2. If successful backorder a domain name:
a. start from the day successful register it plus 1 year. or
b. original expired date plus 1 year?

In this case, most times "a" would be the answer.

3. How can I know whether or not I successful backorder a domain name?

More than likely, at some point during your backorder requisition you will be asked for your email address. If and when a successful backorder takes place, you will be notified via your email address.
