I know you were probably kicking yourself for not buying more generics and seeing those .coms as a real income, but that's life. I have been using the internet since 95 and never thought twice about buying domains. I wish I had at the time but I didn't and now MOBI brings us that possible second chance.

MOBI rocks. Even if MOBI doesn't take off it will still have great value down the road. It's still so much easier to remember anything.mobi rather than wap.whatever.com or mobile.whatever.com or whatever.com/mobile, whatever!

Mobi is so simple and elegant. I love it!

I liked this quote...

One name I purchased was Pepsi2000.com. The lawyer was so irritated. She said, “we own Pepsi”… I said, “are you saying that you own Pepsi with any string of letters after it?” She said, “yes.” I said, “What about Pepsid.” She didn’t enjoy that conversation. The world lacked the requisite legal precidence at the time as well. Fun, fun… waste of my time, however!

What strikes me about Jeremy is the decency about his approach. You know he is in this thing to make money but his arguments are never one sided. This I think is very good for Newbies and (people like myself) who sometimes get caught up in the moment.

I don't know if 2007 will be .mobi year but it will be Jeremy MOBI KING year certainly.

I will post the second part of the interview on my Blog at www.jollyjo.org on Monday. Felt it would be a good way to start the wek.

Also, just in the interest of transparency, I have also invested in a few Domains including DotMobi's. Thought this would be important with the JP interview and based on the other DotMobi pieces...balanced pieces I have done. I understand the risks and that is one of the reasons why I take particular interest in what JP has to say. I pay attention to all balanced viewpoints.
