I posted a bid to buy 100 NP on the 18th. I got someone who accepted the offer on the 20th, but the problem is they live in Lithuania and I am unable to send them money according to PayPal. I sent the seller a message via PM about whether they want me to send back the NP and cancel the transaction or do they have another method of payment that I can use, but the problem is that they haven't been logged on since 1 hour after they sent me the NP. Should I just send back the NP, or wait for their reply.

Not coming from a staffs POV but I would wait for a reply.

All transactions are handled by Paypal unless otherwise pre-arranged between both parties.

If he/she could not accept paypal it should have been stated before they sent the NP$. If they choose not to reply now (although it's quite likely they just haven't been online) then you are not at fault, and also if they accept a different payment method then sending the NP$ back now will just confuse things. :imho:

In situations where a seller can't receive NP$, I usually just advise the buyers to follow the link in the PM to cancel the transaction. This returns the NP$ to the seller from escrow. As Matt pointed out, the NP Exchange is intended for PayPal transactions. Sellers that can't accept PP should use the NP$ Forums to offer them for sale.

Yes, I already received the NP. He sent them the second he offered to sell. My guess is he doesn't know he can't receive money being in Lituania? I clicked the link.

He must have misread the PM that says to follow the link only after receiving payment. You could just send them back.
