Exchange credit card payment for PayPal balance

I need to order something on the website hatclub.com. They only accept credit cards.

So if someone can order an item for me with a credit card via my wishlist I will reimburse them the money through my paypal balance. The total price of the item, shipping included, is $36.94 USD. They accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa.

If someone can do this for me it will be greatly appreciated. Looking for a trustworthy NP'er.
