I realized that .biz, .us., & .info drop earlier than the .com, .net, & .org: sometime before 2:00 pm eastern time

The .com, .net & .org expire around 2:30 pm eastern time.

I would like to know the 'exact' or close times. So, I don't have to keep trying the good .us, .biz or .info domains that are expiring today like from: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm =]

There's really no "exact" time. .Com and .net, at the very least, are released
between 1-2 PM EST.

Incidentally the verisign registry seems to have removed that info from their
website...

I can say with reasonable certainty that .com's are dropped between 2pm and 3pm Eastern USA time.

I have been told my GoDaddy before that it is whenever the registrar gets around to it.

Who knows what is true however.

You're 4 hours ahead so that would put you at 6pm to 7pm.

So for Holland (GMT+1) it would be 19.00 to 20.00 ???

Ofcourse i can and they surely ought to answer fair and square since there is such a great demand for the expiring domains, domain sellers and owners really should know the time when popular TLD's expire, if not they cannot call themselves the authorities

For .com's my bet is still between 2pm and 3pm Eastern USA time. I've picked up at least 20 dropping names during this time by manual registration. I've never been able to get one before 1pm.

From Enom's Drop Club instructions:

You can edit your list until 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST) drop day. List processing occurs between 10:45 AM (1:45 PM EST) and 11:30 AM PST (2:30 PM EST) on the drop day. Any domain names successfully registered will be placed in your account by 2:00 PM PST (6:00 PM EST) and will be followed with an email confirmation.

Not sure on GMT+1. That's London right? Just figure out how many hours London is ahead of New York City.

Then for GMT+1 the drop time should be between 8pm and 9pm
