Hello.
I found a domain that I wanted to buy for my new business Im gonna start soon.

The domain got the exact keyword I am looking for to rank which got roughly 75k searches on google.

The price for the domain is 280 USD.

How much easier is it to SEO a keyword that got the exact domain in it or should I just buy a domain with some extra text in?

Emil;)

There are allot of posts out there about Google no longer giving "extra credit" for exact match domains. With all the changes google has done over the past couple of years "exact match domains" have lost allot of value. That's not a bad price for a .NET if the domain is right and especially if you plan on branding it into something. If you take it, put time into it and develop it and build it you'll get far more than that once you flip it and sell it one day.

The exact match might help you a little in Yahoo/Bing traffic - but don't expect it to make a huge impact in Google. At the same time, don't think Google is going to hurt you for it.
