domain Evaluation of EstiBot appraisal

Hi,

I am currently in the process of selling Pa-ge-Ba-tt-le:c-o-m (without dashes of course) and ran EstiBot quickly over it. I am given an appraisal of $270 for the domain itself and $1100 with traffic.

What would be your opinion? Exactly right? Too high? Too low?
