I am new here and looking for someone to design me a website template for use for a website selling european river cruises.
the template will ideally be clean looking and functional with a top banner, top drop down navigation, side special offers bar and then content area.
the template is to be original and not just a pre built template etc
The project is offered with a prize of $100 for the winner and if something is bit special may go to a bit more. there are other projects also in the pipeline and the winning designer will also get 1st chance at these projects prior to posting etc
