Website Template...

Hi, I was wondering can anyone make a Website Template for me? No special buttons or anything just an ordinary one.

Like, one with a Navigator Bar to the left of the template and a big content box beside it for obviously; content.

I need it to be easy to modify via HTML NOT images. I cannot edit images because I'm a Web Designer not a Graphics one, sorry. The Nav. Bar just needs to be able to add links that are text.

I'd also like a bar above the Nav. Bar and content bar that is about 750x350 pixels as that is how big my Banner is, thanks. Sorry for any inconvenience I may cause.

Most likely nobody will do it for free. You could try heading over to the Design Contest forum and paying the winner

And again, I say the above. How can I set a price when I have no idea how or what it is!? I don't see why I should pay if no one is prepared to read the whole topic and answer my question.

I'm not sure what you mean by, "what it is", but most members will prefer that you pay them via PayPal. http://paypal.com

Also, most members do prefer that you give a price range, or specify your budget before they begin working, or provide you with information on how much they charge.
