.mobi European city population 1 million - .mobi??

I found an unregistered .mobi city name. It has a population of 1 million people. If you were me, would you register it?

Depends on what city, but probably not.
Although at $7.99, you could always reg for just one year and then get it appraised.

Best to stick, generally, with shorter, established, proven extensions ... particularly for Geo's and if you're not planning on developing in the immediate future IMHO. :gl:

I would do it. If it is a really a big city it means a big target audience locally and also a lot of tourists. Even with .mobi, I cannot imagine it wouldn't sell for a decent amount.

check the spelling in their language because I found it unreal there is still one available with that population.

Yes please confirm that the spelling is correct before you reg it. There's alot of cities not reg'd but for a 1M population is quite scarce. Confirm and Reg it.

correct. Population of over 1million is what I just read.

Don't take it personally, but I wish Zaporozhye was a "European city" and "Vacation spot". But the reallity is that it's just an industrial city in Ukraine with polluted air. Though, there used to be some type of river cruise making a stop there ocasionally, as I remember.

the fact it isnt a vacation spot doesnt affcet its potential as dot mobi at all
if the city has 1 million people inhabitants and if it is an industrial city then you have to change the focus on what you will develop
you can build a dot mobi site showing a city with many jobs where it is good for some people earn money depending on their professions
a city with 1 million people is always good when we are talking about dot mobi
