From reading i've done on the .EU extension they won't be available probably until about November. My question is this....what do you guys think of the potential of the .EU domain extension? And...what do you think the probability is of obtaining a premium one word domain once they become avail. to register? I personally think that there are always people that have the "inside track" and the chances are slim. What do you think?

Deja Vu indeed....*L*. Yeah i talked about the .EU domain before....but i had some kinda different questions.....anyways, I just found this out today......you were right.....the eurid.org official .eu website stated that individuals ouside of Europe cannot own a .eu domain.....and that if someone were to, they would be in breech of contract and would most likely have the domain revoked. So....no domain "goldrushes" for the .eu domain it looks like. Ah well.

The .eu domain extension doesnt sound to bad really, but from what I read above you can only register the TLD if you live in Europe. :(

Well, you're probably right, since it covers virtually a whole continent. Speaking of which, are regional type ccTLDs next to come? Like maybe .nato, one covering NATO countries or .na for North America?
