.eu nameserver changes at domainsite ??

Hi - I have been trying to change the namesever on a recently reg'd .eu domain at domainsite.com

The nameserver changes have failed three times ?? (I was notified by email)

It is currently parked on their nameservers .

This is the only .eu I have registered with them - is there something else I need to do ?

Hmm - still getting an fail error

Does anyone here have a .eu domain registered with domainsite.com ?

Just wondering if changing the nameserver is extra $'s for .eu's

Also - I have emailed their support twice - no answer from them...is this normal for domainsites support ?

As far as i know there are no special rules regarding nameservers for your .eu's. I however don't own a .eu at domainsite so i cannot help you there although this would seem like a problem on their side ...

Thanks Dirk - Nameservers are now working, they had a technical hitch.

bit of a slow response from their support though.
