Estimate the value of a domain?

Hi guys, i am kinda new to domain buying and selling but i have recently stumbled across a 10 letter .com dictionary word domain. Its not a stupid strange spelt word either.

I know this is vague but if i give to much information someone else might snap it up. Can anyone give me any idea if something like this is worth anything?

Yeah, i understand. Are dictionary domains rare now? At a very random guess would it sell for more than the reg fee?

reg it then ask, if it stinks return it.

not all dictionary names are above reg fee.
Register the name, then ask here for appraisal (in appraisals section)
if most people say it's worthless get a refund... easy!
