Estibot Appraisal...what it is worth...your take on it???

hi,
i had checked a few domain names that i sold in the past,
and estibot is showing 0$ ;only one showing 5$ appraisal

i sold these names between 300$ and 1200$ ; all dropped domains

how accurate do you consider estibot appraisal???

you can use estibot just for checking the keyword domain stats. monthly searches, CPC, similar sales. But not for appraising

if it provides an appraisal of XX,XXX doesn't it mean anything? Isn't it an indicator that it may worth something?

i found an article where they mention that estibot integrate the previous public sales in their database,
so some surprisingly high appraisal can be the result of a previous sale,

i had checked my portfolio and was surprised by some x,xxx appraisal; and it would be hard to sell these names in the x,xxx range

i would love the feedback from some veterans, as lots of domainers refer to estibot when promoting a high value domain name

its also good to see the buydomains price for a name, it seems like they have the buydomains database, meaning if you are looking to buy a name and its owned by buydomains, instaed of filling out the form online and waiting to get price, just search it in estibot and it will tell you the buydomains asking price
