I decided to sell my MySpace Link Directory, why? The site has earnings, some nice traffic, a PR4 (and a lot of inner pages with PR3), but I don't like directories anymore (is a little bit boring)

The PR4 directory is the number 1 result on google for "myspace link directory" and has more than 700 backlinks.
Traffic:
Oct. ~2000 unique visitors and > 5000 pageviews (acc. Google analytics)
average ~70 visitors a day (could be 150-200 / day with more promotion)
Earnings:
this month adsense: ~$12
link submissions: $39
The earnings are like a roller coaster adsense was only ~10 month ealier (with more traffic) and last month more than $20, the same for the link submissions, sometimes less sometimes more.
Price:
min. bid: $120
BIN: $400 (based on some average income of $40 * 10 month)
The auction ends 5 days after the first bid is done and is held on multiple forums
