Established Established PR1 Custom Music Gear Site

Hi All,

I'm looking to unload a site I just don't have time for anymore: MusicGearPlus.com

The site is a PR1 music equipment affiliate site (affiliate of ZZounds) and has mad a couple sales in the past (nothing big). It also makes about $3 per month from Google Adsense.

This is a custom programmed site and I don't have the knowledge to keep it up to it (no longer access to my programmer) and I think it could be really good in the right hands.

The site does not get a lot of traffic, but ranks pretty well for some of its niche product pages. The last time I checked I think traffic was just under 50 uniques a day.

I am looking for $100 via Paypal and the buyer should:
1) Be very familiar with PHP programming
2) Be ready to transfer the site themselves (I will provide log-in information).

Of course, I will take care of transferring the domain name once the buyer has downloaded and transferred all files, including database. The buyer should also be familar with setting up affiliate feeds (that's where the product pages come from)

Anybody remotely interested? Have you checked out the site? Design + programming cost me almost $400 and all I'm looking for is $100 - I could probably get $80 for the domain alone due to its PR and backlinks.

I need to sell ASAP!

What does the custom script do? Takes in and displays the data feeds?

If this were a wordpress site i'd snap it up.. but let me know more details (via PM if you want) about how it works and I'll consider.

I am willing to GUARANTEE $3 per month in Adsense earnings (or make up the difference any month for a 12 month period to the new owner). This effectively lowere your out of pocket expense to:$100 - 3$ per month for 12 months ($36) = $64!!

What a bargain!! Take over this site before I have to let it die!
